- 1 jar CANDONI
Mushroom
- 1/2 jar CANDONI
Peppers
- 8 chicken quarters
- 4 Tbs. CANDONI
Sauté Oil, or Pure & Mild Olive Oil
- 3 cloves garlic,
chopped
- 1 cup dry white
wine
- 1 cup fresh
tomatoes, chopped
- 2 Tbs. fresh sage,
chopped
- salt
- pepper
Trim chicken quarters.
Heat oil in a large, wide pan and quickly sauté
chicken and garlic. Add wine and let evaporate about
3 minutes. Add mushrooms, peppers and tomatoes.
Season to taste with salt, pepper and sage.
Cover and simmer about
one hour. Serve over linguini.
