Tiramisu Vicenzovo Recipe with the Vicenzovo Ladyfingers

Ingredients

 

2 packages VICENZOVO Ladyfingers 200g

14 oz ricotta or mascarpone cheese

4 separated eggs

½ cup sugar

2 cups espresso or strong black coffee

4 TB cocoa powder

 

Separate the eggs, beating the egg yolks and sugar together into a smooth consistency.  Add the cheese and fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.  Line the bottom of an oblong pan using half the Vicenzovo as the lining.  Soak the Vicenzovo with 1 cup of coffee.  Spread half the cream mixture on top. Cover with the remaining Vicenzovo soaked with the rest of the coffee and the cream mixture.  Sprinkle top with cocoa.  Chill until serving.
