Montebianco con amaretti: Monte Bianco with Amaretti d’Italia

1 package 7 oz Amaretti d’italia

2 cups whipped heavy cream

½ cup sweet liqueur

Dipped amaretti in liqueur. Line a round pan with 1/3 of Amaretti. Cover with 1/3 of whipped cream. Repeat twice. Garnish with whole and crushed amaretti.
